Leave of Absence for overseas traveler during the school holidays/ Issue date-20/03/2020

Dear Parents/ Guardians,

As some of the parents and students have travelled overseas during the March school holidays, for your information MOE will issue a 14-day Leave of Absence (LOA) to the students, staff, and teachers. To comply with the MOE advisory, the students and parents who travelled back in Singapore from any other country on 14 March or after that, must not visit any of the BLLS (BP, PR or TP) campuses. The students must follow the 14 days leave of absence.  Day zero of the 14 days will commence from the date of you and your child return to Singapore. In case any family member is serving stay home notice or leave of absence, students must not come to school during that period either.

Please refer to the MOE press release for more details-

All students with LOA will be supported by BLLS teachers and Class/Home works will be sent via email/text msg. As the current situation is subjected to various dynamics we will keep you updated if there is any further addition to above in last minutes. We are passing through an extraordinary time. BLLS is highly committed to keeping our kids safe and that is the most PRIORITY task at this moment.

Our earnest request to you, please have patience and co-operate with Local school Authority and BLLS volunteers while they exercise their due diligence at the school entry and thereafter.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Best regards

BLLS Admin
